Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the D¤1i·aGi1¤¤¤¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°”°’°“' pension roll, sulnect the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Delia Gilman, widow of Alvin Gilman, late of Company H, Fifth New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1898. CHAP. 195.-An Act Granting a pension to Sarah R. Frary. I April 27,18ss. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Sarah n.1—i-uy. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°““'°"‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah B. Frary,widow of Jedediah C. W. Frary, late of Company H, Eighteenth New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. . Approved, April 27, 1898. CHAP. 196.-An Act Granting a pension to Frances E. Pease. April 21, im. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Fr•¤¤¤·¤.r¤••¤. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P""*°" pension roll the name of Frances E. Pease, widow of William R. Pease, late colonel One hundred and seventeenth New York Volunteers, and to pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars a month. Approved, April 27, 1898. CHAP. 197.-An Art Granting a pension to (‘uthm·ine Leary.
