Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Oliva P-_Sil*¤y· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°°"'°“m°"`”`°'l‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oliver P. Silvey, late of Uompany D, Forty-eighth Indiana Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, May 14. 1898. CHAP. 307.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to William H. H. Wvfigllt. MW 14. 1898- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the WWi£i¤¤¤ H- H- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the E5,,;,,. m,.,,,,.,.; pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William H. H. Wright, of McPherson, Kansas, late · of Uompany G, Thirty-fifth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now drawing. Approved, May 14, 1898. CHAP. 308.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Louise M. Rice. May 14, 1898. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Louise M.Ric¢. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°"““'“ ‘“°'°““°d‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Louise M. Rice, widow of Brigadier—General and Brevet Major-General Samuel A. Rice, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of thirty dollars per month she is now receiving. Approved, May 14, 1898.
