F°1>¤’¤¤‘Y *1- 1899- Be it enacted tire Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America on 0ongress‘ assembled, That the Secretary of the H¤¤¤;.v Wil¤¤¤· Interior be, and he IS hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°°° °° "'°"’°"d' pension roll_the name of Henry Wilson, late a private of Company H, Fourth Regiment of Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the_rate of forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1899. CHAP. 92.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Sprague. F¤l>f¤¤-ry 4.1899 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rqrrescntatives of the United . States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Mew Srnw- Intericr be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°°'i°""'°'°"°°‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Sprague, late an army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1899. CHAP. 93.-An Act Granting a pension to John D. Coulie. 1Fsbrnary4,18s9. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Oongress assembled, That the Secretary of the {:':i£LC°¤1*¤ Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place,on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John D. Coulie, late of Company H, First Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 4, 1899. CHAP. 94.-An Act Granting a pension to Hattie E. Gusler. February 4,18W. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United _ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the 1,§:;g;) G¤·1•¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hattie E. Gusler, widow of William H. Gusler, late a member of Company M, First United States Cavalry, at the rate of eight dollars per month. _ Approved, February 4, 1899. CHAP. 95.-An Act To increase the pension of Thaddeus M. Joy. February 4.189L Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ;°¤¤:g%·;_¤;_:1é{:g& Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thaddeus M. Joy, late asergeant in _Battery Twenty- seven, New York Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, February 4, 1899.
