Corgan, of McPher- Febru-ery 28.1899- son, Kansas. ——-——— Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the J¤¤¤,N·Q¤rg¤¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°"°'°" "‘°'°“°'l pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John N. Corgan, late of Company G, Fourth United States Infantry, and grant him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of the pension, he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899. CHAP. 238.—An Act Granting a pension to Noah Pillsbury. February 28, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the llfwb Piikbur- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °°s`°°? pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Noah Pillsbury, late private of Company E, Twenty- fifth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899. ` CHAP. *239.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Samuel E. Liscom. February 28, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Samuel ]gT.Liscom. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°““‘°“ "'°'°*"°‘* pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel E. Liscom, late of Company A, Fourteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lien of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899. CHAP. 241.-An Act To increase the pension of Mrs. Helen A. De Russy. February2S, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the g®lenA,DeRnssy. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °““'°“'“"°’“°"· pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Helen A. De Russy, of Washington, District of i Columbia, widow of Colonel Rene E. De Russy, Corps of Engineers, and brevet brigadier-general, United States Army, and pay her 3 pension of forty dollars per month, the same to be in lieu of the pension now drawn by her.
