Be it enacted by the Senate and Houseof Representatives of the United gy M·=I·¤i¤· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the mm Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed tp péace upon the pension roll the name of Emily McLain widow of M. . cLain late a private in Captain Samuel Moore’s Company, D, First Arkansas llolunteers Mounted Gun Men, eighteen hundred and thirty-six (called out for the promotion of the Sabine frontier), and pay her a pension of eight dollars per month. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ·{_:m_Q¤D·>h¤¤y· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the _ ' Interior be, and he is herleby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the mime of Judith·Doherty, widow of William F. Doherty, late a corporal in Captain Bussell’s company, First Regiment Volunteer Mounted Gunmen, West Tennessee, Indian war of eighteen hundred and eighteen, and pay her a pen ion at the rate of eight dollars per month.
