Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United gwrsv W- Er¤¤3· States of America in Congress assembled, That. the Secretary of the mlm m°Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George W. Emery, late of Company H, Sixth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1899. March 3, 1899. CHAP. 490.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to John H. Gearkee. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United J¤1m_n.em1m. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°"“‘°“ “‘°’°“°°d‘ Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to_the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John H. Gearkee, late major of the Twenty-second Regiment of Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the _ rate of nity dollars per month, in lieu of that he now receives. Approved, March 3, 1899. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°““*°'""°"“°°°‘ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John B. Boggs, late a private of Company A, Sixteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1899. March 3, 1890. CHAP. 493.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles E. Baniield. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United g::gg?¤g¤g¤gé•£· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles E. Banlield, late of Company G, Thirtyhfth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
