Henderson, who enlisted as a private in Company H, One hundred and twenty-fourth Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and to grant to said John P. Henderson an honorable discharge as of date February fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty- §;°'1{‘f;·m_ five: Provided, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become ' due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
