Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United John Dinsbw- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, ,H$,{,“:};€ 1'°"°"u° and he hereby is, authorized and directed to revoke and set aside the provision in General Orders, Numbered Five, Headquarters Department of the Missouri, dated J anuary fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixtyfour, approving the Ending and sentence o the general courtmartial, which sentence was dismissal from the service ofJohn Dinsbeer, second lieutenant of the First Regiment of Infantry, Missouri State Militia, and to disapprove the said Endings and sentence, and to order and cause to be issued to him an honorable discharge as of date P~·¤•¢>· t January fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: Provided, That no N° ’”"‘° °' pay, bounty, or other allowance shall become due or payable by reason of the passage of this Act.
