To pay accounts on iile for freight, cartage, oil, ice, water, gas, straw, ·C°¤°*¤g°¤’°°*P°¤¤°¤· burial expenses of marines, telegrams, and so forth, being for the iiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, two thousand four hundred and ten dollars and eighty-seven cents. To pay amounts set forth on page ten, House Document Numbered Three hundred and nineteen, of this session, on account of contingent expenses, Department of the Interior, for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-six, five hundred and eighty-nine dollars and eighty- two cents. For postage stamps for the Department of the Interior and its P°'“*°· bureaus, as required under the Postal Union, to prepay postage on matter addressed to Postal Union countries, eight hundred dollars.
