For clerical force for the liquidation of manifests of vessels and cars Cl¤*k¤<>¤ ¤¤¤¤1f¤¤1¤¤- arriving in the United States from foreign countries with merchandise intended for consumption, namely: For one clerk of class four; two clerks of class three; three clerks of class two; three clerks of clas one; ten clerks, at one thousand dollars each; and three clerks, at nine hundred dollars each; in all, twenty-five thousand five hundred dollars.
