Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rlegresentatives of the United L£§!?,{,1;,,_J““° M°‘ States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, sub]ect to the Jprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Mary ane McLaughlin, invalid and degendent daughter of Michael McLaughlin, late of Company C, Twelft Re i- ment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at 516: rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 14, 1901. Jaunary 14.1901. CHAP. 18.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles H. Irvin. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rigresentatives of the United <I§g;;}g§1§ég;;_Sméd States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the _Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the Ifrovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Charles . Irvin, late captain and assistant qlpartermaster, United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Groshon, Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofR1e§resentati*ves of the United §§;1g,$) G*°¤h°¤- States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Nellie L. Groshon, widow of Thomas C. Groshon, late captain Company G, First Regiment Mississippi Marine Brigade, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, January 14, 1901. Jaulmrr 14.1901- CHAP. 20.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mathew T. Jones. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Regresentatives of the United iggggg States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mathew T. Jones, late of Company E, Thirteenth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollarsper month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 14, 1901. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United gggagygggésm States of America in Cbngress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension Enws, the name of Oliver Domon, late a member of Company A, Eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
