CHS. 791-794. 1901. __¥j1”°1“ 1- 1901- CHAP. 791.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jesse Millard. _ Be it enacted bg the Senate and [huse of Re resen tatives of the United j.@§§,§§}§§Q‘,§§1é,,sed_ States of America in Congress assembled, 'llfiat the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jesse Millard, late of Company G, Third Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension. Starr, widow of George Starr, late of Company E, Eleventh Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay er a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that _§;‘gg§g;,nS she is now receiving; Provided, however, That in case of the death of ` Emeline C. Starr, the imbecile child on whose account the pension of said Mary E. Starr is increased, the pension of said Mary E.
