B. P“y“‘°“* “’· Miles, two hundred dollars; to E. D. Kell , three hundred and twenty- eight dollars and two cents, and to Rawlings Webster, four hundred and forty dollars and seventy-nine cents, as a reimbursement to the aforesaid Miles, Kelly, and Webster for moneys paid by them to the United States internal-revenue collector at Brooklyn, New York, to cover shortage in the adhesive-stamp account in the internal-revenue department in Brooklyn, New York, said shortage not having been caused pg any malfeasance or dishonesty on the part of the aforesaid Miles, elly, or Webste1·.
