FREEDMEN’S HOSPITAL AND AsYLUM: That the appropriation for p,§‘Q,‘§‘§°d”’°“’° H"' salaries for the Freedmen’s Hospital and Asylum, for the current fiscal year, shall be available for the payment of an assistant clerk, a pharmacist, an assistant pharmacist, and a steward at said institution. _ PROVIDENCE HOSPITALS For the completion of the isolating build- p,§§‘f‘”"°“°° H"' ing at the Providence Hospital, including the necessary grading and paving of the approaches thereto, five thousand dollars, to be expended under the direction of the Commissioners of the District of Columbia.
