And the said court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine said cause and to render judgment thereon on the C,,§{f°“l ‘° S“P’°"‘° merits; and the Attorney-General shall appear on behalf of the United States and the Osage Nation, and either party feeling aggrieved at the decision of the Court of Claims may appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States, and the final judgment in such case shall determine A“°’¤°Y· the rights of all such registers and receivers similarly situated.
