And said supreme court shall from time to time divide the said District into subdistricts and prescribe the place in each subdistrict where the justice thereof shall have his omce for the transaction of business, and may change the boundaries of such subdistricts and the localities of the offices of the justices therein from time to time as the volume and convenience of the business may require. Amend section 5 by striking out the word "h0ld" in the thirteenth ¥{’,{j’§j,°§“§’{§j line thereof and inserting in lieii thereof the word “fdo;" also by striking out at the end of said section the words, "In any suit brought ,,,If§§'QY1'§3,f’f °'“““ before a justice of the peace the defendant, his agent or attorney, may have the cause remove to the next nearest justice, upon filing an adidavit with the justice issuing the writ, on the return day or day of trial of the action, that he does not believe said justice will give him a fair and impartial trial." Amend section 9 by striking out the word "place" in the first line $f,{j’§},‘§"{§§{j°“· thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the word “peaee." ' Amend the caption of section 12, so that it will read CCJUDGMENTS cu{;¤£§¤¤¤¤¤¤d ¤=<=* AND EXECUTIONS.” Amend said section 12 by adding at the end thereof iamé}.: wsa. the words " justices of the peace are authorized to issue writs of exe- v°l‘ °”· P' I1"' cution in all cases in which they are authorized to render judgment.
