For the purchase of teams, farmin implements, seeds, and other K’°k*”¤ Ki°¤P°°°· necessary articles for the Mexican Kfickapoo Indians, known as the " Kicking Kickap0os," in Oklahoma Territory, in the discretion of the Secretary of the Interior, for theiscal years as follows: Fiscal dyears eighteen hundred and ninety-nine and nineteen hundred, one hun red and thirty-eight dollars and thirty cents. Fiscal year nineteen hundred and one, one hundred and fifty-eight dollars and seventy cents. To enable the Secretary of the Interior to settle an indebtedness, ,,f}§,$}‘_° F°‘ M"' amounting to two thousand one hundred and forty-three dollars and five cents, incurred at the Sac and Fox Agency, Iowa, durin the third and fourth uarters, nineteen hundred and one, in the emlpiyment of labor and the purchase of supplies for the boarding sc oo at said agency, to be paid from the balance on hand appropriated for said school for the fiscal year endin June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and one. Ta Tab Wah, a tribal Indian, against said ebok and Malin, respectively, for damages for false imprisonment, seven hundred and twenty-tive dollars and twenty-four cents.
