To pay amounts foun due by the accounting officers of the Treasury on account of the appropriation "Travelin e nses of Indian in ectors," for the fisca year nineteen hundred ahsgone, one hundredand ninety-tive dollars and seventy-six cents. For the purchase of teams, farmin implements, seeds, and other K’°k*”¤ Ki°¤P°°°· necessary articles for the Mexican Kfickapoo Indians, known as the " Kicking Kickap0os," in Oklahoma Territory, in the discretion of the Secretary of the Interior, for theiscal years as follows: Fiscal dyears eighteen hundred and ninety-nine and nineteen hundred, one hun red and thirty-eight dollars and thirty cents. Fiscal year nineteen hundred and one, one hundred and fifty-eight dollars and seventy cents. To pay amounts found due by the accountin officers of the Treasnujy “*‘"*°*"*’· °'*°- on account of the a propriation “Support of Flatheads and other confederated tribes," gr the fiscal year nineteen hundred and one, two hundred and thirty-four dollars and sixty-one cents. To supply deficiencies in the appropriations for "Indian school transp0rtation," for the fiscal years as follows: ' Fiscal year nineteen hundred and two, six thousand dollars. Fiscal year nineteen hundred and one, seven hundred and twenty- eigjht dollars and sixty-four cents. 0 pay amounts found due by the accounting officers of the Treasury §.‘j.l,Q$,,a,j0,,_ on account of the appropriation "Indian school transportation," for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and one, nine hundred and eighty-nine dollars and twenty cents. To pay amounts found due by the accounting officers of the Treasury "'° “°""°· on account of the appropriation “Indian school, Fort Mojave, Arizona," for the fiscal, year nineteen hundred and one, ninety-four dollars and five cents. To paiy to Walter McM. Luttrell, late superintendent Mescalero m'§‘}“°' “°“· I·"°‘ Indian raining School in New Mexico, for expenses incurred by him while in char e of that school during the iiscal year nineteen hundred and one, an<I paid by him from private funds, two hundred and seventy dollars. To enable the Secretary of the Interior to settle an indebtedness, ,,f}§,$}‘_° F°‘ M"' amounting to two thousand one hundred and forty-three dollars and five cents, incurred at the Sac and Fox Agency, Iowa, durin the third and fourth uarters, nineteen hundred and one, in the emlpiyment of labor and the purchase of supplies for the boarding sc oo at said agency, to be paid from the balance on hand appropriated for said school for the fiscal year endin June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and one. To reimburse Horaceal. Rebok, formerly Indian agent for the Sac {{§f,‘Q{,°¤’,f,;,,{*,§*,{‘§_*· and Fox tribe in Iowa, and W. G. Malin, Indian agent for said tribe, for costs and expenses of defending suits brought in the United States circuit court at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on beha f of Y. Ta Tab Wah, a tribal Indian, against said ebok and Malin, respectively, for damages for false imprisonment, seven hundred and twenty-tive dollars and twenty-four cents.
