Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatioes of the United [ 1 States of America in Congress assembled, That a_patent shall be, and §‘,}f,f§°QQ‘§§;uqu€,_ hereby is, authorized to be issued to the city of Albuquerque, in the q¤¤.N-M¤¤·.f<>r¤=¤r1<. county of Bernalillo, Territory of New Mexico, for south half of sec- °°°` tion seventeen and north half of section twenty, in township ten north, of range four east, New Mexico principal meridian, containinag six hundred and forty acres, more or less, upon the payment of one ollar and twenty-five cents per acre therefor, and upon the submission of due proof of the incorporation of said city, said land to be used for park and other public purposes only, and the atent to contain the rovision that the land shall revert to the United) States whenever it ailiall not be used for the purposes mentioned in this Act.
