Murrey, widow of Isaac Murrey, late of Company H, Fifth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: Provided, That in the event of the death of James f°,f,‘f;ff,‘§g,0 Wm_ on W. Murrey, helpless and dependent child of said Isaac Murrey, the death vfchild. additional ension herein granted shall cease and determine: And pro- d§,§§“g‘}’},fg{,f§"‘ °" vided furtber, That in the event of the death of Elizabeth A. Murrey ` the name of said James W. Murrey shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the ension laws, at the rate of twelve dollbrs per month from and after tds date of death of said Elizabeth A.
