No- 40-1Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Répresentatifves of the United Bmw mule, States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤¤¤>¤i¤¤¤>餤¢- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the (pension linews, the name of Bruno Tiesler, late of Company C, Secon Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. ‘ Approved, February 2, 1906.

Brigham, late first lieutenant Company H, Third Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
