[1>nv¤:e,Nn1ss1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and 1%·u.se of Representatives of the United Archibald mt States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ot the Pension inmrséd- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lacws, the name of Archibald Bates, late of Comlpany G, Fourteenth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay 1m_a pension at_the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
