C. Man ningjwidow of William C. Manning, late captain, Twenty-third Regiment nited States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lrws, the name of Emma M. Boyer, widow of Paul K. Boyer, late of Company I, Fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and y her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two doH:rs per month additional on account of each o the minor children of said Paul K. Boyer until they reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 19, 1906.
