That the Secretary of the P¤¤=i¤¤i¤¤r¤•¤¤¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Stout Shearer, late of Comparjy G, One hundred and twenty-second Regiment U nited States Colored olunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month ID lieu of that he is now receiving! l Approved, March 12, 1906. .

Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Thomas Todd, late captain Company I, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. .
