 CHAP. 1212. —An Act Granting an increase of pension to Oliver L. Kendall.

[P¤¤¤¤» N¤- 1146-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United m,,,,.I_K,,,,,,_u_ States of iimeriea in Oongrees assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤¤i¤¤ i¤<=r¤•¤¤¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rollysubject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oliver L. Kendall, late second lieutenant Company I, Seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 26, 1906.

 CHAP. 1213.——An Act Granting an increase of pension to Albert G. Gluck.

[Private, no. ua.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Uni ted MMG cm, States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the reumninuuséd. Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert G. Cluck, late of Company G, Fifteenth Regiment Kansas Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 26, 1906.
