 CHAP. 1284.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to David Bruce.

[revue, ue. 1218.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of RrKresentatices of the United Dmd Bmw States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the reusnmiucmued. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lacws, the name of David Bruce, late of Company F, Seventiet Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and y him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of tiliiit he is now receiving. Approved, March 26, 1906.

 CHAP. 1285.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Etta D. Conant.

Conant, widow of William L. Conant, late first lieutenant Com any F, and ca tain Company H, One hundred and twenty-seventh degiment New Ypork Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving and two dollars per month additional on account of a minor child of said officer until such child shall arrive at the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 26, 1906.
