U’riv¤¢¤» No- 1396-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rrmesentati/ues of the Maxi ted ,0,,,, Moms_ States 0_fA.mewIca Ocngress assenbled, the Secretary of the P•¤¤¤i<>¤ i¤¤·¤¤-¤¤<1- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of John Mon es, late of Company F, Fiftecnt llegiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in hen of that he is now receiving. _ Approved, April 11, 1906.

 CHAP. 1489.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to George M. Frazer.

Frazer, late of Captain Baylor s company, Lane’s battalion Texas Volunteer Cavalry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1906.

West, late of Company M, First Re `- ment Ohio Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at tile rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
