N0- 140*11 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representativec of the United mgm B.", States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension i¤¤¤i¤¤d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the parovisions and limitations of the pension lhaws, the name of An t uer, late of Company F, One hundred and fortieth Regiment NSW York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
