   1679.-—An Act Granting an increase of pension to John N. Moore.

N¤· 1568-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofltqaresentatives oft/ae United _,,,,,,,,,·_,,,,,,,,,_ States of America in Cbngress assembled, That the Secretary of the 1’¤¤·i¤¤*¤<=¤¤¤¤*- Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the lprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of John N. oore, late of Company A, Twelft Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now recervmg. Approved, April 23, 1906.
