N¤·1’¤5-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of .RT7'686%bdbtU€8 of the United Thomas cmbcma States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension in<=r¢¤¤¤<i- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas C aiborne, late nrst lieutenant Company D, United States Mounted Riiles, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
