N<>- 2737-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofltepresentatives a/'the United Mem, TMm_ States of America in Oengress assembled, That the Secretary of the P·=¤¤i<>¤ i¤¤r¢¤¤¢¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the · nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension iaews, the name of Melroe Tarter, late of Company L, Second Regiment United States Infantry, war with S in, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per monthiin lieu of that he is now receiving.
