Freeman. l*’¤’iV¤¢¤· N<>· 3438-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatl ues of the United S,,mKmemn_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°¤¤i°¤ i¤°¤*¤¤¢¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension liilws, the name of Susan R. reeman, widow of Thomas Freeman, late of C0nner’s battalion, Texas Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.

 CHAP. 3813.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Joel Gay.

lP¤‘*v¤*·‘=· N0- 3439-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United J(,,,]G,,y_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°¤¤i°¤ *¤°*°¤*d· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of Joel Gay, late of Captain Johnston’s independent company, Florida Mounted Volunteers, Florida Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.

 CHAP. 3814.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to James L. Gamble.

Gamble, late of Company C, Thirty—iirst Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and Company G, Ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
