Robinson and Sallie B. McComb of Marion County, Indiana, on account of dBm5H sustained by them because of the wrongful confiscation by the nited States of three hundred and thirty-five acres of land and three hundred dollars in promisso notes, all the roperty of the said James N. Robinson and Sallie McComb, and tge sum of three thousand two hundred and fifty dollars is hereby appropriated for such purpose. Approved, June 30, 1906.
