Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the lprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Matilda oster, widow of Rufus D. Foster, late of Company I, One hundred and forty-third Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1907.

Williams, late of Company B, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and Company C, Tenth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pa her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that slle is now receiving.
