An Act entitled "An Act to prohibit corporations from making V°*·“·P·*°*~ , money contributions in connection with dpolitical elections," approve January twenty-sixth, nineteen hundre and seven. An Act entitled "An Act to amend sections one, two and three of V°l·“·P·lm— an Act entitled ‘An Act to prohibit shanghaiing in the United States,' ppproved June twenty-eig th, nineteen undred and six," approved _ arch second, nineteen hundred and seven. An Act entitled "An Act to promote the safe transportation in ·***°¤· 1*55* interstate commerce of explosives and other dangerous articles, and to provide penalties for its violation," approved May thirtieth, nineteen hundred and eight. An Act entitled An "Act to amend section fifty-four hundred and *‘""· P- “"· thirty-eight of the Revised Statutes," approved May thirtieth, nineteen hundred and eight. Also all other sections and parts of sections of the Revised Statutes G°“°”‘ '°"°"’- and Acts and parts of Acts of Congress, in so far as they are em- . braced within and superseded by this Act, are hereby repealed; the remaining portions thereof to be and remain in force with the same effect and to the same extent as if this Act had not been passed. Sec. 342. The repeal of existing laws or modifications thereof m§’°:0{Lggc,gg**°¤*- embraced in this title shall not a act any act done, or any right " ` accruing or accrued, or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil cause prior to said repeal or modifications but all liabilities under said laws shall continue and may be enforced in the same manner as if said repeal or modifications had not been made. Sec. 343. All offenses committed, and all penalties, forfeitures or pr§g'Q¤g)°Q;§Q,Qjé zagé, liabilities incurred prior to the taking effect hereof under any law or zmmw. embraced in, or changed, modified, or repealed by this title, may be prosecuted and {punished in the same manner and with the same effect as if this ct had not been passed. Sec. 344. All acts of limitation, whether applicable to civil causes L*”“°”‘*°¤S- and proceedings, or for the recovery of pena ties or forfeitures, embraced in, modified, changed, or repealed by this title, shall not be affected thereby; and all suits or proceedings for causes arising or *"°°°°““°”·°*°- acts done or committed prior to the taking effect hereof may be commenced and prosecuted within the same time and with the same effect as if said repeal had not been made. Sec. 345. This Act shall take effect and be in force on and after 19{{){°“°°°—l**““¤¤’1 the first day of January, nineteen hundred and ten. _ Approved, March 4, 1909.
