That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, L§,{‘§§*;R,,me,; t0_ authorized and directed to certify to the State of Kansas, for the bene- Qj;d:g{;$g;1°f,°§e°;;f tit of the Kansas State Agricultural College, seven thousand six hun- Qu-. dred and eighty-two acres of public land in said State, the same to be v01_,, Pm_ in full satisfaction of the claim of said State under an Act entitled "An Act donating public lands to the several §tates and Territories which may provide colleges for the benefit Of agvleulture and mechanic arts," approved July second, eighteen hundred and sxxty-two.
