Jette and Son, of Chatham County, Georgia, the srun of seventy dollars for money expended and labor performed in repairing damages done to their w arf at Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, by the United States dredge Cumberland on May twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and six. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to reimburse, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appro riated, the sum of four hundred and sixty-five dollars and ninety-tiire cents to James H. De Custer, postmaster at Mechanic Falls, Androscoggin County, Maine, for postage stamps and (post-office funds stolen from the postomce at Mechanic Falls aforesai on Ma thirtieth, nineteen hun red, and chnged to James H. De Coster anal, paid for by him in his settlement wi the Post—Office Department. Approved, March 3, 1909. GHAP. 275.-An Act For the relief of Henry A. Tolbert. M§rc£ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Regresentatives of the United [Private, Ne. iss.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §j,j‘_{;,;1‘*éI1'*;°,l)**°*'~ Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any .' moneys not otherwise appropriated, to pay to Henry A. Tolbert, of Barnegat, New Jersey, the sum of three thousand one hundred and eighty-five dollars, being the penalty exacted from him as surety for his son, Harry W. Tolbert, m default of the execution of his contract for the construction of a guardhouse and quarters at Fort Mott, New Jerse , in October, nineteen hundred and two. ‘ Sec. 2. llhat this Act shall take effect from the date ol its passage.
