Wood, post- {§§,§‘,]",;,'",‘§,‘,Q‘Q,;,,,,,_ master at Pasadena, Los Angeles County, California, be, and is hereby, released from all liability on account o stamps to the amount of thirteen thousand dollars, stolen from his office on or about May seventeenth, nineteen hundred and seven, and the said sum of thirteen thousand dollars is hereby ordered credited to him on his accounts as such postmaster, and the payment to him of the balance due after allowing such credit is here y authorized, and that there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appromated, a sum sufficient to pay the amount, if any, found due said Sobn W.
