Be it enacted by the Senate and House tif Representati·ves of the United * States of Amerwloa in Congress assembled, That any title to the following- G°°*¤°`R· Sh°u°Y- described real estate, situated in the county of Pettis, State of Mis- ,,,U§;?,,,?**},§”,,‘d,“*=},‘§ souri, to wit, the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section {gw m1<=g?:{%° 1¤¤- twenty-three, in townshi forty-seven, of range twenty-three west of `m’ ' the fi th rinci al meridian, except ten acres off of the north side thereof, that thfe United States of America may have acquired in and to said land by virtue of sale made under execution issued from the clerk’s office of the circuit court of the United States for the western district of Missouri on a judgment rendered in the district court of the United States for the western district of Missouri on the ninth day of March, anno Domini eighteen hundred and seventy- three, in favor of the United States of America and against Tyre M. Berry, Vllilliam D. Berry, and Milton D. Berry, which said execution was dated the twenty-third day of July, anno Domini eighteen hundred and seventy-three, the deed conveying said land to the United States of America, bearing date the first day of September, anno Domini, eighteen hundred and seventy-three, and filed for record in the office 0% the recorder of deeds of Pettis County, State of Missouri, on the twenty-second day of September, anno Domini eighteen hundred and seventy-three, and recorded therein in Book U, at age twenty-five, be, and the same is hereby, released to George R.
