SIXTY:FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 231. 1911. 1109 at Athens on the second Monday in April and the first Monday in November; for the western division, at Columbus on the iirst Mondays in May and December; and for the northwestern division, at Rome on the third Mondays in Ma and November. The clerk of the court for the northern district shall maintain an_office in charge 0mc¤¤. ‘ of himself or a. deputy at Athens, at Columbus, and at Rome, which shall be kept open at all times for the transaction of the business of the court. The southern district shall include the territory embraced sourriem snare;. on the said first dag of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the coun- mmm ties of Appling, ulloch Bryan, Camden, Chatham, Emanuel, Emngham Glynn Jeff Davis, Liberty, Montgomery, McIntosh, Screven, Tatnall, Toombs, and Wayne, which shall constitute the eastern division of said district; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the cormties of Baldwin, ibb, Butts, Crawford, Dodge, Dooly, Hancock, Houston, Jasper, Jones, Laurens, ‘ Macon, Monroe, Pike, Pulaski, Putnam, Sumter, Telfair, Twiggs, Upson, Wilcox, and Wilkinson, which shall constitute the western division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Burke, Columbia, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Johnson, Lincoln, McDufiie, Richmond, Taliaferro, Washington, Wilkes and Warren, which shall constitute the northeastern division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Berrien, Brooks, Charlton, Clinch, Coffee, Decatur, Echols, Grady, Irwin, Lowndes, Pierce, and Ware, which shall constitute the southwestern division; and also the territory embraced gn the date lagtolmentioriil in tlhte criigrotieiiplg Baklg, gin Hrihll, Caloun, Crisp` , u e v, , ·` er, tc , omas, Tift,"1‘umer, and%Vorth, whgrlilr shall constitute the Albanv division. Terms of the district court for the western division shall be held at Teme- Macon on the first Mondays in May and October; for the eastern division, at Savannah on the second Tuesdays in February, May, August, and November; for the northeastern division, at Augusta on the first Monday in April and the third Monday in November; for the southwestern division at Valdosta on the second Mondays in June and December and for the Albany division, at Albany on the third Mondays in June and December. Sec. 78. The r tate of Idaho shall constitute one `udicial district, {,d_$¤g& 2,, to be known as the district of Idaho. It is divided into four divi- Divlsidnii: ` sions, to be known as the northern, central, southern and eastern divisions. The territory embraced on the first day of Julv, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Bonner, Kootenai, and Shoshone, shall constitute the northern division of said district; and the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Idaho, Latah, and Nez Perce, shall constitute the central division of said district; and the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in · the counties of Ada, Boise, Blaine, Cassia, Twin Falls, Canyon, Elmore, Lincoln, Owyhee, and Washington, shall constitute the southern division of said drstrict ; and the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Custer, Fremont, Lemhi, and Oneida, shall constitute the eastern division of said district. Terms of the district court for the rem:. northern division of said district shall be held at Coeur d’Alene City `on the fourth Monday in May and the third Monde in November; for the central division, at Moscow on the second Monday in May and the iirst Monday in November; for the southern division, at Boise City on the second Mondays in February and,September; and for the eastern division, at Pocatello on the second Mondays in March and October.
