Graves, Ballard, Carlisle, Hickman, and Fulton, with the waters thereof. Terms of the district court for the western district shall be '¤`¤¤¤¤· held at Louisville on the second Mondays in March and October; at Owensboro on the first Monda in May and the fourth Monda in November; at Paducah on the third Mondays in April and Novemher; and at Bowling Green on the third Monday in lt ay and the second Monday in December.
