The western district sh include the g,$’§§§,,°*’""°°‘ territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, m the counties of Alger, Baraga, Chippewa, Delta, Dickinson, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw, Luce, Mackinac, Marquette, Menommee, Ontonagscin, and Schoolcraft, which shall constitute the northern division; a the territory embraced on the said date last . mentioned in the counties of Allegan, Antrim, Barry, Benzie, Berrien, Cass, Charlevoix, Eaton, Emmet, Grand Traverse, onia, Kalamazoo, Kalkaska, Kent, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Missaukee, Montcalm, Muskegon, Neway 0, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa, " St. Joseph, Van Buren, and Wexford, which shall constitute the Tam, southern division of said district. Terms of the drstrict com·t for the southern division shall be held at Grand Rapids on the first Tuesdays ' in March and October; and for the northern division, at Marquette on the first Tuesdays 111 May and Sedptember. All issues of fact shall be tried at the terms held in the vision where such suit shall be commenced. Actions in rem and admiralty may be broxght in whichever division of the eastern district service can be h upon the res. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the district court of the western division from regulating, by general rule, the venue of transitory actions either at law or m eqmty, or from changing the on same for cause. The clerk of the court or the western district shall °°°' reside and keep his office at Grand Rapids, and shall also appoint a · deputylgglerk for said court held at Marqluette, who shall reside and keeH office at that dplace. The State ofy Minnesota shall constitute one 'udicial dis- §{‘gf‘@‘f;,,,,'p_,,,_ trict, to be known as the district of Minnesota. It is divided into Divi$i¤¤¤- six divisions, to be known as the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth divisions. The first division shall include the territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Winona, Wabasha, Olmsted, Dodge, Steele, Mower, Fillmore, and Houston. The second division shall include the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Freeborn, Faribault, Martin, Jackson, Nobles, Rock, Pipestone, Murray, Cotton- , wood, Watonwan, Blue Earth, Waseca, Lesueur, Nicollet, Brown, Redwood Lyon, Lincoln, Yellow Medicine, Sibley, and Lac qui Parle. The third division shall include the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Chisago, Washington, Ramsey, Dakota, Goodhue, Rice, and Scott.
