The State of Missouri is divided into two judicial districts, },“§°g‘é 5,0 91 to be known as the eastern and western districts of Missouri. The Eisqkirn <£is¤·¤\eif ` eastern district shall include the territory embraced on the Erst day m"”°"°' of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the city of Saint Louis and the counties of Audram, Crawford, Dent, Franklin, Gasconade, Iron, Jeiferson, Lincoln, Maries, Montgomery, Phelps, Saint Charles, Saint Francois, Sainte Genevieve, Saint Louis, Warren, and Washington, which shall constitute the eastern division of said district; also the territorghembraccd on the date last mentioned in the counties of Adair, ariton, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Linn, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Pike, Rails, Randolph, Schuyler, Scotland, and Shelby, which shall · constitute the nort ern division of said district; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Dunklin, Madison, Mississippi, ew Madrid, Pemiscot, Perry, Iiplynolds, Ripley, Scott, Shannon, Stoddard, and Wayne, which sh constitute the southeastern division of said district.
