Terms of the district court fo the Nashville division of said '*`“¤*¤· district shall be held at Nashville on the second Mondays in April and October; and for the northeastern division, at Cookeville on the _ second Mondays in May and November: Prmnkled, That suitable §Q0°'T.,”§‘,, Cookeaccommodations for holding court at Cookeville shall be provided by "”°· the countriy or municipal authorities without expense to the United States. he western district shall include the territory embraced W°‘t°m°"’"i°l` on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Dyer, Fayette, Haywood, Lauderdale, Shelby, and .Ti ton, which ` shall constitute the western division of said district; also tlhe territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin Henderson, Henry, Lake, McNa.irty, Madison, Obion, Perry, and Weakley, including the waters of· e Tennessee River to low water mark on the eastern shore thereof wherever such river forms the ‘ boundary line between the western and middle districts of Tennessee, from the north line of the State of Alabama north to the point in Hem·y County, Tennessee, where the south boundary line of the State of Kentucky strikes the west bank of the river, which shall constitute the eastern division of said district. Terms of the district ’1‘¢r¤¤¤· court for the western division of said district shall be held at Memphis on the fourth Mondays in May and November; and for the eastern division, at Jackson on the fourth Mondays in April and October. The clerk of the court for the western district shall appoint a deputy °“°°‘· who shall reside at Jackson. The marshal for the western district shall appoint a deputy who shall reside at Jackson. The marshal for the eastern district shall appoint a deputy who shall reside at Chattanooga. The clerk of the court for the eastern, district shall maintain an office in charge of himself or a deputy at Knoxville, at Chattanoogla, and at Greeneville, which shall be kept open at all times for the transaction of the business of the court. Sec. 108. The State of Texas is divided into four districts, to be §’,${f’“,,;_ ,,_,,,_ known as the northern, eastern, western, and southern districts of Texas. The northern district shall include the territory embraced §{’$§,‘Q";_‘“'*"°*· on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, and Rockwall which shall constitute the Dallas division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Archer, Baylor, Clay, Comanche, Erath Foard, Hardeman, Hood, Jack, Palo Pinto Parker, Tarrant, Wichita, Wilbarger, Wise and Young, which shall constitute the Fort Worth division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Armstrong, Bailey, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Cochran, Collingsworth, Cottle, Crosbv, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Dickens, Donley, Floyd, Gray, Hale, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hockley, Hutchinson, King, Lamb, Lipscomb, Lubbock, Moore, Motley, Ochiltree, Oldham Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts Sherman, Swisher, and Wheeler, which shall constitute the Amarillo division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Andrews, Borden, Callahan, Dawson, Eastland, Fisher, Gaines, Garza, Haskell, Howard, Jones, Kent, Knox, Lynn, Martin, Midland, Mitchell, Nolan, Scurry Shackelford, Stephens, Stonewall, Taylor, Terry, Throckmorton, Yoakum, which shall constitute the Abilene division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Brown, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Crockett, Glasscock, Irion, Menard, Mills, Runnels, Schleicher, Sterling, Sutton, Tom Green, and Upton, which shall constitute the San A elo division of the said district.
