This Act in respect to the said courts is amendatory of the provisions of section five hundred and seventy-two and section six undred and fifty-eight of the Revised Statutes of the United States, second edition, cig teen hundred and seventy-eiight, directing that said courts at Greensboro shall be held on e rst Monday in April and the first Monday in October of each year, and in this respect the said sections are hereby repealed. · _ _ Terms as coun. Sm. 2. That hereafter the regular terms of the circuit and district °*§§,{f%?‘uw_ courts of the United States for the said western district of North Carolina at Charlotte shall commence, respectively, on the first Monday in April and the first Monday in October of each year instead of the second Monday in June and the second Monday in December of Velhedav. p. 173. each year, as provided by the Act approved June nineteenth, eighteen “'”°° ‘ hundred and seventy-eight, Twentieth Statutes at Large, c apter three hundred and twenty-two, and in this res ct said last·named Act, in so far as it designates the times of hdiding said courts at Charlotte, is hereby repealed. States tf America in Qongress assembled, Tlilat the Secretary of the Treasury be,_ and he is hereby, emipowered and directed to deed to the city of Biloxi, in the State of 5 ssissippi, for street purposes and no other, a strip of land four feet wide on Jackson street and SIX feet Wide on Lameuse street, along the length of the front of the government lot on said streets, on which lot is now situated the government building in Biloxi, Mississippi.
