And authority is hereliy conferred upon the Secretary of the Intezior to rovide for the removal of the remains of pprsons interred in said burial ground and their reinterment in the yandotte Cemetery at Quindaro, Kansas, and to and put in place appropriate monuments over the remains remterred in the Qundaro (gmetery. And aftu the payment of the costs of such remov· .1, as above specified, and the costs incident to the sale of said land, and also after the pay- ment to any of the Wyandotte fpeople, or their legal heirs, of claims for losses sustained by_reason o the purchase of the alleged rights of the Wyandotte Tribe in a certain ferry named in said treaty, if, in the opinion of the Secretary of the Interior, such claims or any of them are just and echuitable, without regard to the statutes of limitation, the residue of the money derived from said sale shall be uid per capita to the members of the Wyandotte Tribe of Indians who were parties to said treaty, their heirs, or legal representatives," be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
