R. 521 Whereas this year, 1911, is the two hundredth anmversaiy of the foundation and settlement of the of Mobile, first capital of La Province de la Louisane in 171r an , _ Whereas, the city of Mobile and her people are making preparation celebrating event: - ~ . Therefore, Be it Resolved by the Senate of Alabama, the House of Representatives concurring, that the Legislatnue of Alabama does hereléy request the Senators and Representatives in Congess from the tate of Alamaba to bring the said anniversary cele ration to the attention of Congress and the several Departments of the Unitgl States Government and the Representatives at Washington o oreign wers.
