That the State of Pennsylvania is divided into three ci£g¤;g{;tSv¤¤i¤ 1¤¤t judicial districts, to be known as the eastern, middle, and western nmemeisrncc. districts of Pennsylvania. The eastern district shall include the territory embraced on the iirst day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, and Schuylkill. Terms of '1`°¤‘¤¤· the district court shall held at Philadelphia on the second Mondays in March and Jrme, the third Monday in September and the second Monday in December each term to continue the succeggicrgg term his The middle district shall include the territory emb ¥i<i<¤¤<¤¤¤‘¤~ on the t day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the cormties of Adams, Bradford, Cameron, Carbon, Center, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata., Lackawanna, Lebanon, Luzerne, Iiycoming, Miiiim, Monroe, Montour, Northumberland, Perry Pike, otter, Srpyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wa e, ’Wyomi;ng, and ork. The western district shall include the territory em- w°‘°°"‘ "’““*· braced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver Bedford Blair, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Eli: Erie Ilayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence Mcliean, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Warren Washington, and Westmoreland.
