That the State of Pennsylvania is divided into three ci£g¤;g{;tSv¤¤i¤ 1¤¤t judicial districts, to be known as the eastern, middle, and western nmemeisrncc. districts of Pennsylvania. The eastern district shall include the territory embraced on the iirst day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, and Schuylkill.
