Academy who on July first, l nineteen hundred and sixteen; should have servednot less than thirty- three years in·`the¥Army, one-third of which service shall have been as professor and instructor at the Military Academy, shall on that datevhave the rankypay, and allowances of a colonel in the Arm ; " Promkled further That the present manager of the cadet store shag, mgidili iiiil°3u'l°°°°g°t on his own application, after forty y)ears’ service as clerk, superin- _ tendent, and manager of said store, e entitled to be laced on the retired list of the Army with the pay of a retired pay clierk, Quartermaster Corps, of the same period of service; For pay of one chaplain, $2,400; For pay of the master of the sword, $2,400; For pay of cadets, $462,000: Promkled, That whenever a cadet shall j§=·¤$@~=- fail to pass any required examination because deficient in any one sii$$iii1 mmmsubject of instruction he shall have the right to apply for a second ‘*°"’ ““°"°°· °“`· examination regarding such subject by making written application therefor to.the · cademic Board within ten days after bein officially notihed of such failure.
