TITLE VII.——TARIFF COMMISSION. T°‘d°C°m°u”l°°‘ Sec. 700. That a commission is hereby created and established, Sgiiigiiiiiiea, apto be known as the United States Tariff Commission (hereinafter in *’°*““"°'“»°‘°· this title referred to as the commission), which shall be composed of six members, who shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, not more than three of whom shall be members of the same political party.
