That the joint commission authorized under section 6 of g&°3i°ai$Q°·f¤?§i$ii¤ié• the Act approved April 24, 1920, entitled "An Act makini ap ro- °°Ql£;,,_m_ priations or the service of the Post Office Department for the Hgcal year ending June 30, 1921, and for other pm·poses," is hereby continued until June 30, 1922, to complete the investigation and to prepare a detailed report containing a summary of its thereof, and such recommendations as to legislation as it may deem p,,,,,,,,_ proper; Provided, That the said commission shall not expend a E¤P¤¤¤¤¤“¤¤“¤d· greater sum than $150,000 during the fiscal year 1922. That if the revenues of the Post Office De artment shall the 'Freasury to mee: be insufficient to meet the appropriations made by this Act, a sum °°°°"“°’°s‘ equal to such deficiency of the revenue of said de artment is hereby appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the 'llreasury not otherwise a ropriated, to supply said deficiencies in the revenues for the Post (gfgice Department for the year ending June 30, 1922, and the sum needed may be advanced to the Post Office Department upon requisition of the Postmaster General.
